Transitional Housing
While at The Loft Recovery, it's vital that your home supports your recovery. Transitional housing helps maintain your daily and monthly progress, creating a solid foundation for lasting recovery.
Why Transitional Housing?
A solid support network greatly boosts the chances of successful recovery. At The Loft Recovery, we understand that during inpatient or residential treatment, patients integrate social support into their experience, reflecting on daily accomplishments, engaging in activities, and sharing insights with peers.
However, upon transitioning out of care, patients often lose essential support. Some may return to unsupportive home environments that actively oppose recovery, hindering progress and increasing relapse risk. That's why transitional housing is crucial at The Loft Recovery, ensuring that the time between treatment sessions supports the recovery process instead of creating obstacles.
